A good fit(ness)
Sep. 8th, 2005 19:33Not doing quite so well this week on the walking... but it was, in many respects, the Week From Hell, and my stamina was suffering. Next week looks more reasonable, at least from this distance.
Since last Friday:
300 crunches (half-situps)
480 reverse crunches
4 min total of abdominal bridge
3 miles walked at about 4mph
The ab work isn't getting easier, per se, but it's getting smoother. I find myself settling into a groove after the first couple. That doesn't mean my abs don't still burn after the first 15 crunches, but it is progress.
I'm also feeling a little firmer in the middle when I'm walking around. Very nice.
