11:10
I woke up slowly around 10am, feeling rested. I think I got to sleep at about 23:30, so that was a good-sized chunk of restful sleep. I showered and dressed, then came down to have some breakfast.

My energy level is good, and I don't have a lot of burning in the muscles when I do things. My mind is slightly foggy, but it's of the oversleep kind; I expect that when I'm recovering from physiological stress. My pain level is lower than usual, contributing to my higer energy. I'm very hungry, which is also expected -- as with sleep, I can't catch up on a calorie deficit all in one go, so it's going to be double meals for at least a few days. If I can eat enough, though, I think my energy level should stay up today.

My feet are very cranky, feeling bruised and binding when I put weight on them. My right shoulder is sore and gives me a sharp pain under the shoulderblade when I reach forward... probably a rib is out of place.

14:00
I hauled my mattress pad downstairs (it needs fluffing) and went out to try to mitigate the muddy mess of our driveway. I shoveled two cartloads of wood chips (they're quite wet) and spread them, which should help... I decided I should probably stop there and came back in. I feel warm even 20 minutes later, which means my internal heater is working again -- I've had enough to eat. I'm going to rest for a total of a half hour before I go out to run errands and play a bit of Ingress.

21:45
I picked up some groceries, then went out to Pittsburg. I started playing around 16:00, took out a few targets and then ended up in downtown Pittsburg. Normally it's dense enough there that I would walk, but my feet were sore and my energy was finite. It didn't seem that my feet got increasingly sore with a little walking, though, so while I moved the car half a dozen times, I didn't go to extreme lengths to avoid walking a couple of blocks at a time.

I finished up at 19:00 and came home for dinner. I was ravenous, and on the drive home I remembered I had bought an apple, so that took the edge off. I watched a movie with dinner, and now I'm planning out my next moves in Ingress. Pittsburg took so long because I was setting something up for the 1am checkpoint, so I'll be going out again around 23:45 to try to set things up for 01:00.

I'm a little keyed-up -- I'm trying to pull something big off without the other team noticing -- but I'm not feeling especially energetic. I should fix my feet, as every time I get up I end up trying to avoid putting weight on either one, as they bind so much. I'll be awake for 1am, but I wouldn't want to try to concentrate on anything right now; I can't hold focus very long. it's not my pain level this time, just brainfog. At least I've eaten enough that I'm thoroughly warm, so that's something.

02:00
I had to meet another player to get the last piece I needed for tonight -- it turned out she didn't actually have it, so I ended up driving back out to Pittsburg to get it. I realized on the way there that I wouldn't have enough time to stop by home again, and I had the wrong shoes and the wrong battery pack with me...

I got the last part, and wandered up to the first spot I needed to be in -- I had time to kill, just not enough to go home and come back. At midnight I walked briskly along one of the paved trails in Antioch, and discovered that my Birkenstocks were *really* the wrong shoes for this. I was also wheezing a little, which is unusual, and I felt bloated. I managed to do the five-minute hike, though, did what I needed to, and came back -- my feet and legs were cramping and burning all the way up to my knees by the time I got back to the car, but I was on a schedule. At least that was the only walking I would need to do.

I hit the other two points in succession, driving ten and then fifteen minutes to get to them. Then I stood for about ten minutes and made sure what I had done lasted past 1am. I came home and I'm winding down a little.
