11:00
I woke up after about 8.5 hours (10:30). It took me a while to get up, as just rolling over in bed was exhausting enough to send me back into a doze. Finally I had to go to the bathroom, so I started my day. I put my contacts in, but didn't shower, then I got dressed.

I'm exhausted today, very low energy, slightly shaky. Some of that may improve with food, but I also have slight tinnitus, which tends to show up when I've depleted my resources. My thinking is a bit fuzzy. My lower back is stiff and aches, probably from sitting and driving so much yesterday. My upper back aches a little as well. My right shoulder is quite sore, and it feels like my right collarbone is out again; I'm getting burning sensations at both ends, and an ache which extends down my upper arm. My right knee is still painful to the touch, but seems to work all right.

My feet are okay but not great, with pain in my left heel and several joints which ache instead of flexing. I should be able to fix them, assuming I can get the joints to keep moving rather than just move and stick in place again.

My vision is still clear.

I can't keep a train of thought for too long... I'll make some kind of breakfast, then I hope I can do a couple of calls and email that needs to happen today.

12:30
Had toast and eggs for breakfast, which should hold me for a couple of hours. I'm going to go walk a (very) little bit around a local park, see whether that gives me any more energy or does me in.

My upper back is in worse shape than I thought... something is out back there, and it pulls when I move too much.

17:40
I was able to walk around the park, and ended up playing for a few hours. Ingress is rather like running errands: drive to a place, get out and walk around or stand for a few minutes, then get back in the car and go somewhere else. Some stops allow you to stay in the car. So I spent the time mostly driving, with one to five minutes of walking around at most of the stops. At the park I walked around for about fifteen minutes.

By 15:30 I started to feel tired, and ate a granola bar to try to keep my energy up. By 16:30 I walked about 60 feet, the last ten of which were a gentle incline, and found that I simply could not walk any further. I stood for a minute or so and I was able to walk back to the car, but after that I didn't get out of the car, and I headed home after a couple more stops. By the time I got home at 17:30, I was yawning and ready for a nap.

I'm too hungry to sleep well, though, so I'll have to find enough energy to get food. My right shoulder hurts a great deal, and the knot between my shoulderblades is aching constantly. I may have to address those before I can rest.

I ate a couple of hotdogs and steamed a couple of potatoes, and that held me over until dinner (spaghetti with meat sauce). I made a couple of calls for an event I'm putting together. I did some sewing after dinner, hand-work while watching TV on the computer, getting up from my chair at intervals to fetch things I needed.

My feet are not particularly painful, and my knee is behaving. My upper back still feels like somebody hit it with a club, though, and my shoulder hasn't improved. The tinnitus has become more noticeable. I'm feeling very slightly queasy, which might be from the parmesan cheese I had with dinner -- I used it sparingly, and hard cheese isn't as much of an issue, but it still has a little estrogen in it and that may be enough to make me slightly ill.

I'm still tired, and I've been foggy enough all evening that I couldn't do anything complicated; the sewing was a simple job of attaching a pocket and a little elastic to a coat, so it didn't need much thought. I wouldn't trust myself to devise or engineer anything.

I'll have a little bit to eat before bed so that I sleep well. The rain continues -- we'll see how I feel tomorrow.
