Is it cheating to look at the URL of the picture? (Just right-click the picture and select "properties"). The first guy appears to be "Gary W. P.".

The URL for the second picture give his complete name, but you already know who he is.

I finally threw myself on the mercy of the people on Lily... it's Gary Oldman, as it turns out. Lately known as Sirius Black in Harry Potter III. He looks incredibly different with glasses and a clean-cut image.
