I feel like I've been beaten all over with sticks and half-strangled. Then set on fire.

Let's hope the tylenol does something about the pain, if not the fever. 101 last I checked.

No sinus/throat involvement beyond bruised feeling, so most likely not viral. This would be the worst CFS crash in most of a decade, though. I'm holding off on the eye meds to counter the possibility that they're contributing.

I have no words for this level of suck.

I'm so sorry you're feeling like utter shit. You have my sympathy... I just spent several days off antibiotics, only to find out Lyme symptoms return, including the bouncy fever. I'm back on, but symptoms are still there. Bah.

How long do these crashes tend to last? Can you get to Dr. J, and will that help?
