Holiday doings

torquillI guess the holidays must be here... I don't get out much except for work, but I just attended a Christmas party for the Master Gardeners, and my gift list is finally up. I should probably start baking things.
I'm just so tired these days -- it's not the Chronic Fatigue, I'm just... tired. I've been taking naps in the middle of the day, and I was almost too tired (and depressed, to be honest) to go to the party. I'm glad I did, even if I left a little early because I was starting to fade. I got to meet a few engaging people I hadn't come face to face with before, including the influential Ken Williams, who is a very pleasant and sparkling conversationalist.
I need to take better care of myself, I think. I'm still under a little stress, though not the horrid amounts of a week or two ago, and work is tremendously physical. Taking my supplements regularly and ensuring I drink enough (water) might help a bit. Can't hurt, anyway.
