10. What have you done so far today? Run around looking for cardboard boxes, futzed about on the computer, boiled eggs, and now I'm making bread.

21. What are your plans for tomorrow? Get boxes, head to the solar cooker thing mactavish is hosting, then probably go to the pool party, if I'm still reasonably close to on my feet.

El-Hazard is the only anime series I've watched all the way through. You'll never guess who had it on VHS when I met him. (I have no idea where that set is now.)

I might go to the PPP, depending on how well I feel after today's . . . fun.

Well, that may explain a few things -- though the question remains whether he showed it to his best friend. There is that arc in C&A that's just far too similar to be a coincidence. :) I have a DVD rip my brother made to tide me over until I can afford to buy it myself.

I've seen a few other bits of anime (not counting Macross, which I grew up with in the same way I grew up with Blake's 7). El Hazard is certainly one of the prettiest, which is a big plus for me. I have yet to see all of Fushigi Yuugi, which is hands-down the best eye candy while still being watchable plotwise. One of these days...
