I guess my work for today is done. Whether I want it to be or not.

Crossing fingers that sometime this evening I'll be breathing easily enough to make bread... I've been craving it all week, and I wouldn't have any trouble with getting it to rise in this weather.

Definitely no trouble rising. The Mr. Pickles across the street from work has a particular roll that I have been craving inordinately. It's like a really good chewy French bread with a slightly thinner crust and just a tad sweeter. It apparently comes half-baked then frzen from a bakery in SF. They bake it the rest of the way when it arrives. It's evil stuff.
