I'm looking for a copy of the movie version of "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead". IMDB tells me that it was indeed released on DVD, but my local "odd" video store said that all they had was a broken VHS copy. Not sure I want to drop money on it sight unseen (though I may suggest that the store order one to keep on the shelf).

Anyone have a copy I could borrow?

We've gone through three copies on VHS. The last one might still be here somewhere. I'll look for my Imitrex tonight, and see if it turns up. :)

A quick google indicates that it is indeed out on DVD for $20-ish, maybe we need to consider a new copy.

I'm in and out (mostly out) all weekend - give me a call if you want me to dig it out and drop it by, or if you want to swing by and pick it up, or what.

I don't think we currently have a working VCR -- and I know that we don't have a tv I could watch it on. Sigh.

We have a copy on DVD - bought it used from Rasputin. You may borrow it whenever you wish. We don't have a VHS copy, so I can only offer the DVD. Hope that works for you.

And to think I had all but given up. :) DVD is what I was looking for, and you're even refreshingly local. I'll have to drop you a line about it soonish -- though I may not have time to watch it before the end of term in mid-June.
