There was frost on my bicycle seat.
On the plus side, I was able to brush it off and my seat was dry. On the minus side... dude.
I'm glad I brought my winter jacket and a scarf. Brrr.
I've been trimming up further; I've lost some of the "shelf" between my back and my pelvis, and I got another detox reaction out of it Tuesday night and yesterday. I'm down to 99 kilos; it's not yet the largest weight loss I've ever had in my life, but given that I don't think it's gone down by even five kilos at any point, it's not unreasonable that I might reach that sometime next year.
All it's doing is smoothing out the curves, really -- I'm not losing any of my form or altering my basic measurements, just taking away a bit of the subcutaneous padding. I should figure out some way to do that with my upper arms, because I like the effect.
Not sure I'm really with it today. I guess I'll do cruise control and hope nothing unusual happens.
