• Print up syllabus for biochem and Plant Prop
• Print up reading list for PlAnat
• Punch pages for lab manual
• Read Prop book pp. 541-553
• Read PlAnat chapter 2
• Read 1.1-1.4 in biochem (just in case)
• Buy razor blades, paintbrush, mag sticky tape
• Pay DVC chem fee

That should cover it for this weekend.

I have never yet gotten through a semester of chemistry without breaking a piece of glassware or three. However, the stockroom is sufficiently slow in processing the fees that I don't get a hold on anything until late summer... by which time I usually pay them with my reg fee.

Since I transferred this year, I wasn't paying for reg -- and my transcript request had gone through before the semester even ended. They had no way to strongarm me into paying it, and I forgot until now. At least now it's cleared up. ($22.)

I've only had one semester where I wasn't able to replace my broken glassware before checkout. Of course, that was the semester I broke a...Claisen head? I think so, though it could have been a distillation head. So anyway, yeah, I know the problem and I'm with you on the delays as well. Though sometimes they do work in our favor.

Which reminds me: I need to pay the lab fee for my biochem lab...

A Claisen adapter would suck less than the distillation head. It's that whole double-layered glass thing.

I replaced everything during the term, but the stockroom won't take money, so they just bill you later. A lot later.
