I missed Consonance

torquillIt wasn't intentional; I just forgot. I ran across an announcement while cleaning out my inbox last night, and cried out suddenly that this is Consonance weekend. By the time Saturday night rolls around, there isn't a lot of point to going, even if I didn't have quite a bit of homework to do before Monday.
The fact is, though, that I'm exhausted from the last two weeks. It would have stressed me out to try to figure out how to fit in a convention on top of school. I can't afford the time or the money. Sure, I was looking forward to going... but I'm actually kind of glad I didn't have to make the decision whether to go.
Sigh.
