Inscriptions on a clue stick

No one can define who you are except you.

• Sometimes there simply aren't any answers, just questions.

• When you're dusting yourself off and cursing your scraped hands and bloody nose because you've fallen down again, what the people around you see is just you getting back up for the Nth time. Sometimes a little distance allows room for compassion and clarity.

• The true measure of a person is not in how one deals with success, but how one deals with failure.


• Life is rarely so obliging as to provide a clear villain.

All very true things.

On a brighter note, your being the only one I know who might have an answer to this.... I found a very-nearly-perfect/could-be-made-perfect body of a Monarch butterfly in the parking lot of my property. I picked it up and placed it in a drawer at home by itself for safe keeping. Is there anything in particular I should/should-not do with this? I immediately thought of giving it to you for birthdayness as I remember the little chrysalis you have on the kitchen windowsill.
