Holding pattern
Feb. 9th, 2016 10:59I took another look at my MRI; to my uneducated eye, it's clean. The pituitary is small and rather more flat than I thought it should be, but there's no tumor or cyst visible on any angle. I didn't find anything weird elsewhere on the scans, either. So my record of "tests all coming back normal" is unbroken.
I made an eye appointment for next week, and a doctor's appointment for March 1 (that's the soonest he's available). At least that means all the results will be in, even the sleep study I'm supposed to do next week. I wish I'd known his availability was so poor, I would have called for an appointment earlier...
I've been visually impaired for a month now. It'll be three weeks before I can even discuss the tests with my doctor, and then we have to figure out what to do next. I'm going to have to figure out some way to not go stir crazy, since my ability to leave the house is so restricted, and half my hobbies are out of reach. This is maddening.
