I said much the same thing on facebook, and was told by a few different people that the image was photo-shopped. (Couldn't find it on Snopes at the time though--maybe it's there now.)

Oh, I believe it's photoshopped -- the first thing that tipped me off is that I don't think the Queen has enough hand strength to hold a bat'leth at full extension like that for more than a couple of seconds.
