Clark the Healthy Penis is back in SF

The Healthy Penis campaign has brought back their 8-foot penis mascot with two friends. The campaign was very successful in lowering syphilis rates among gay men.

The mascots have their own pages on MySpace, Facebook, and Twitter.

At least they didn't go the obvious route and name him Dick (but maybe they named him after Dick Clark). I can actually see how this would work. After all the whole point is raising awareness, and it's hard not to be aware of an 8-foot penis walking around.

Of course this is San Francisco, there should probably be an Asian penis too.

Yeah, they just had white, Latino and black ones. I do sort of wonder whether Byron (the black one) is a little taller and stouter than Clark. ;)

I recognized the Healthy Penis mascot from mactavish's user icons, actually... in 2002-ish they gave out little rubber toy versions which are so hilarious. If they have those this time around, I'd love to have one.
