Damn. So many props in CA, on so many interesting issues. All I had were three: should the state be able to issue bonds without voter approval as long as they don't legislate an obligation to pay them back, should the method of appointing municipal judges be set by law instead of in the state constitution and should Jersey City have an elected or appointed school board.
