Dehydration for the lose

torquillSo that's why my throat is still sore, despite the fact that I haven't felt sick for days. Sigh.
Time to upgrade the filter cartridge... apparently a type 3 isn't good enough. Here's hoping that a type 4, bells-and-whistles cartridge is thorough enough to give me drinkable water. Otherwise I guess we'll have to start looking at RO systems, which I've hesitated to do because of maintenance hassles (not to mention expense).
It's times like these that I get reminded of the little minefield I navigate every day... I'm so used to it that I barely see it most of the time.
