I'm starting to write like
firestrike.
Dec. 7th, 2006 22:35Lab writeup on seed germination tests, where we had tested vibility in various ways:
... "The three [sprouting media] germination experiments were left in a warm place to germinate. They were not checked until five days later, when all seeds in the paper towel and vermiculite bags had germinated, and the petri dish had dried out. No seeds in the petri dish had sprouted.
"Conclusions: While different media are likely to have distinctly different effects on germination time, it is worth noting that evaluations of such germination time are more effective when the experiment is conducted in a location which encourages regular observations."
At least it's self-snark. That's less likely to annoy the person grading this thing.
The lab notebook is done. Finally. I'll hand it in tomorrow, after having had a ride up where I didn't have to study. I hate studying on the train. Doubly so when I have to do it going and coming, as I did today. Bleah.
