Thing is, many of those things are in fairly easy reach now. Medical records are probably the least likely of those bits. "Orange zone", I'd say, the most.
I find it interesting that although the ad seems to have found all the information known to man on Mr. Kelley, the link it goes to when you click at the end is a page not found (404)..
